Overview: counselling centres and complaints channels

During the last months, our university has expanded its counselling centres and further clarified the complaints channels in connection with abuse of power, discrimination and sexualised violence.

A new flyer now provides a clear overview in German and English of the many ways in which our university members can seek confidential counselling. In addition, the graphic illustration shows which steps are possible for conflict resolution, an anonymous complaint or a formal complaint and what consequences can follow in each case.
