If you are studying at our university, you should keep an eye on a few organisational things concerning your studies.

Days off
As a rule, there are no classes on weekends. In the summer semester, the following days are also free of lessons during the teaching period:
- Easter holidays: 30 March to 11 April 2026
- Labour Day: 1 May 2026
- Ascension Day: 14 May 2026
- Whit Monday: 25 May 2026
- Corpus Christi: 4 June 2026
Examination time
25 May to 17 July 2026

Entrance examination (presence examinations)
13 to 22 June 2026
Official semester period
1 October 2026 to 14 March 2027

Teaching Period
12 October 2026 to 13 February 2027

Opening ceremony
12 October 2026, 11:00 AM (Großer Konzertsaal, Arcisstraße 12)
