Ensemble supply

The library of the Munich University of Music and Theatre Munich offers an extensive and diverse collection of performance materials for orchestras, choirs and smaller and larger ensembles at the university. The library provides performance materials for university projects from this rich collection and procures loan materials as needed.

In addition, the library performs the following tasks:

  • Cost calculation
  • Clarification of rights for performance and recording
  • Provision of material for the respective project

Upon request, the library provides individual support as early as the planning and programme design stage in the selection of available editions and the procurement of conducting scores.

Note for conductors and musical directors

If you are planning an event and require performance materials, please use the application form for the procurement and provision of performance materials (PDF, in German).

Note for participants

Sheet music is usually issued to choir and orchestra members in the library. Please tell us at the circulation desk which ensemble or project you are involved in. The loan period for event-related loans always ends on the third opening day after the last event date.
