Enrolment

New students in the Bachelor degree course in dance are requested to appear in person for enrolment. Appointments will be arranged individually by email.

New junior students are not required to enrol in person.

Personal enrolment for new students in the Bachelor degree course in dance usually takes place in the week before classes begin at the Ballet Academy’s Registrar’s Office. Appointments are made individually by email.

The Registrar’s Office is located on the premises of the Ballet Academy. The address is:

• Valid identity card or passport
• Letter of admission
• Proof of de-registration (only for students who were previously enrolled at another university)
• If applicable, documents that can be submitted later in accordance with the university’s qualification regulations (e.g. language certificate, degree certificate from your first degree, etc.)
• Health insurance certificate (insurance card is not sufficient!) Privately insured persons or persons insured abroad must submit a certificate of exemption. This is issued by any German statutory health insurance company.
• Proof of payment of all fees and contributions due by means of a bank statement or stamped cash deposit receipt or a certificate from another university where the payment was made.

The following amount must be paid for enrolment in the Bachelor degree course in dance no later than the week before the start of classes: €85.
